Review content:
Had a service person come out to the house to look at our TV. Had explained over the phone what was wrong. The Technician came in, looked at the picture on the tv and said ""we have to take it in to fix it."" Never opened it up, never adjusted anything and was there MAYBE 5 minutes. The technicians ""driver"" was so rude my husband went to shake his hand and say hello and he turned his back on him. Customer service at it's finest. And for all this wonderful service they charged $100! Needless to say we are not sending our tv there and are not recommending them to anyone.
