Alright, most people writing bad reviews did something and are just lashing out, but I honestly am taking time to write my first actually negative review for these guys. I had issues in my stomach and have no insurance, so I called and scheduled just a consultation. The phone appointment setting went as such: What is the issue you are having? How long has it been going on? Do you have insurance? And i got the price for the visit. That is ALL THAT WAS SAID. However by the time the week of my appointment came, I ended up i the ER for the issue. Thus when they called my fiance told them to please hold, and tried to get me up, but I was not able to. So, I decided not to go in because of being too busy after I got better. I moved and today I received a BILL for $150 dollars for ""failure to cancel appt"" Really? They claim it is legal to bill people without notice of fees and such, but just a warning, do not waste your time on crooks like this who start charging you without consent. I would understand if they told me there would be a fee if I did not officially cancel, but they did not. And when I called them about it the woman said oh it is legal, and we can charge you what we want. How rude is that? I wonder how many people lose money to these guys? I understand cancelling an appointment as far as manners, but I don't believe legally you should be able to charge people hundreds of dollars without notice when they make the appointment.
