Wow. This was the company used for a wedding I went to this weekend and they completely messed up the transportation. They were supposed to send 3x 15-passenger vans to the reception to run shuttles to take the wedding guests to the after party which was about 5 mins away, and they sent 1 van, which then drove a group to a location that was NOT the afterparty, and then the van never came back to the reception to pick the rest of us up. Instead, a towncar showed up and ran shuttles back and forth, but it could only take 4 people at a time. Nearly 100 people needed to be transported, which would have been fine if they were going 45 people at a time like the family had planned on. Instead, this company left them completely high and dry and was totally unreachable to try to get anything fixed that night.
Epic fail, Access New England. You completely let everyone down.
