I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about, but my experiences with this cleaners have been very positive. I used to go to Heritage, but they burned a suit and jerked me around. This Cleaner's is great. If I'm not happy with the way the clothes are, they re-do them to my liking for free. This includes spots that won't come out the first time. Heritage would never do that. The staff is very pleasant, and their prices are very reasonable.
