Belligerent cook, who I think is also the owner. Comes right out to the table and belittles people who complain. Quality of food was OK, but sure scant on servings. I ordered the Captains Platter with a baked potato priced at $21.95. After waiting quite a while for the food the waiter came and told us there was only one baked potato and our party of four had each ordered one, I then switched to fries, I got 7 french fries, three shrimp, three scallops 1 crab cake and a piece of fish. Not really the place to go. They also don't honor the prices on their menu, ordered clams at 7.95 and billed 11.95
Pros: Nice view, nice building
Cons: management sucks
