Review content:
I called ahead of time to see if they had a used tire in my size, they had one that was ten off. I told them that I was having front end issues and that I didn't think that would be a good idea. They tell me that they will swap it onto the back and check out the car to see why it's wearing my tires down. I show up and stand and wait for ten minutes all the while being ignored by the attendant on the phone having a personal conversation. They finally attend to me and forty-five minutes later they tell me that they have the tire on the car but that they couldn't check the alignment without the proper sized tire on the car. I'm flabbergasted because I didn't even want to get the wrong sized tire to begin with but because they lured me in with the hope of diagnosing the issue I agreed. When I asked what I should do in the mean time that same attendant told me to go buy a tire in the correct size and have my alignment checked. If my ten year old daughter hadn't been with me I would have demanded that they take their ill-sized tire off of my car and put the donut back on. They aren't the only used-tire place in town.
