Unlike the Godiva on Market Street in San Francisco, this location is not as nice. The store itself is bigger, but the staff members aren't as considerate or helpful. I went to this location after having bought a few items at the San Francisco location on the same day to take advantage of their 40% off Gold Box sale. This location had a lot less freshly dipped fruit in chocolate; at the register, used paper wrappers that chocolate-dipped fruit had been holding were still in plain view on the tray-- I don't know why the associates didn't think to throw away or at least remove the wrappers, they really don't give a clean, nice image. No extra touches were offered here-- I had to ask for the cashier to please stick a gold foil sticker over the price tags (she had been trying to scratch them off with her nails, leaving an unclean mark of torn paper and sticky residue-- not very pretty for gift-giving, even if at the bottom of the box). I felt the associates here were very limited in how much they helped customers and just wasn't impressed at all by this location after having shopped at the San Francisco location twice. The Stanford location might have more stock, but this may be because there is less foot traffic here than in the city. Pros: Open space as far as chocolate shops go, plenty of items in stock, ample parking. Cons: Lackluster store associates, no effort beyond the bare minimum for customers, sketchy cleanliness (i.e.
