If you like clerks that threaten bodily harm & tell you that you need not shop at Sears...this the store for you! I made 2 trips to exchange a part that this parts center had given me in error. It was over the limit on their return policy, although it was their mistake & they refused to do anything about the situation. I was indignate & made my opinion know, at which time the clerk (in front of his manager) became abusive and threatened to ""kick my A_ _"" This is absurd...no wonder Sears has been lagging in the marketplace. I will vote with my feet... go to any retailer except these fools at Sears.
