Actually they do make you have an appointment and they also don't even really check all the clothes, before they tell you that they won't give you anything. I brought in 2 bags of great clothes, and they gave me nothing! It's not like I live close by, I drove from Lyman, wasting my gas and time. Thanks alot! Also I was looking in thier store, and a lot of their clothes are faded. There was nothing in there impressive, and thier prices were high for used clothing. You can go to childrens place or gap and get brand new clothes for about the same price. I was not impressed store owners attitude. Never want to go there, and I would never recommend that place to anyone.
