Review content:
Aqua Rite salt system referred me to Madsion Pool for some repair work to our supply panel for our salt system. Called MP on May 15. Gave the service department a cc # and made an appointment for service. I was told someone would call by the end of the week. I was also sent a credit application( for what I don't know they had my cc #). I called again on Tuesday May22 the lady in the service dept. said they would get to me the next day or by Thursday. It is May 30 so I called again today. Wow spoke with the same lady in service today. She said she never gave me a date or time. They get to you when they get to you. I asked when she taught they might make it to my house she would not give me anything. I asked how many calls were in front of me and she said maybe as many as 75. Her only question to me was did I want them to still keep me on the list. I said no. I may have to wait on another company but at least I may have someone more honest.
