Horrible experience. Terrible alterations. Poor communication and customer service. Dippy staff seems to be overly medicated. Didn't even wear my $3000 dress at my wedding b/c the seamstress ruined it, plus 2 of my bridesmaids dresses. Alta Moda wouldn't remedy the issue in any way. Go to vegas, new york, los angeles, anywhere but here, for a designer dress!
Pros: some nice designer gowns
Cons: the owner, the staff, the seamstress, the service -- pretty much everything
