I couldn't tell you how well Dr. Gerig serves his patients because I couldn't even get an appointment. In trying to sort out the insurance information, the receptionist acted like I was from Mars because she didn't recognize the company (it's only been around for 71 years). Then, when I explained that the coverage was through my spouse (imagine that!) she haughtily asked ""who is this appointment for, anyways."" I was willing to let all that go, but then she called back and said they were canceling the appointment because they couldn't find out if the insurance company actually covered services at that office. Thank you 20/20 Eyecare, I'm going to Binyon's. Pros: Wouldn't be able to tell you. Cons: Can't get past the gate keepers.
