I owned a condo at Signal View and was very unhappy with the staff and grounds. The staff was very rude from the office lady named Pat to the very rude repair men. The office did not give me the neccessary information on any matters then blamed and fined me for not ""following the rules"". If you like to pay to have people be extremely rude to you and be fined then live at Signal View.
