This was tied for my best experience in hiring someone to work on my home. I am normally not happy with contractors work as I feel like I have to watch them to beg them to do a decent job. Masters answered all of our questions and had a very transparent quote. they even took me around the neighborhood to look at different jobs and products. Once they were at the house, they had a slow start but got the large job done within a few days. they always answered the phone, or returned calls when I had questions or concerns as opposed to disapearing the second the contract is signed. There are quoting a family members house now.
