We were forced to short sale our second home due to the reality we faced with current economic conditions. We talked to one agent regarding representing us, and he said that he felt we could not do it, under these circumstances. Well, that just told us we should have come to Duffy in the first place. After all, we sold another property with Duffy several years ago and saved thousands in the process.Vanessa in your Short Sale Division was great! She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and efficient. The process was very complex, with many gut wrenching twists and turns. That said, we still got this transaction done in a few short months! Guess the other agent was wrong!
