Caroline Gamma did a great job as a ?Premier Listing agent? on the sale of our home. She explained the entire process to us, helped us decide on the best listing price, promptly arranged for great photos to be taken of the home and posted on Duffy Realty?s website, followed up with potential agents and buyers, and always kept us updated on developments. Her help was especially valuable after the home was under contract and we needed to negotiate repairs requested by the buyer. Caroline's excellent advice throughout the negotiation process allowed us to come to a ""win-win"" agreement with the buyer, and the sale closed on schedule. We highly recommend Caroline to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
