I have been in and out of Oak Creek a thousand times. It wasnt till this last week that I even cut a check! I am already very happy having our ""forever"" house built by him. I have lived in 4 houses in 7 years, so I know specifically what I want and Kris is helping me find ways to achieve that within our budget. And Michelle is awesome as well, always friendly on my many many trips in! And if people want to nay-say about Kris, they should take a drive through Karen Springs, those houses still look awesome after all these years, and vey FEW have for sale signs in front of them, so he has to be doing something right.
My opinon may change as I go thru this process, but I have built a house before and I really really appreciate that Kris has yet to treat me like I have no idea what I am talking about. We are super excited to live in Oak Creek!!!
