Review content:
We currently own a townhome in Rochester that is not selling and live in Florida. My Mom was visiting the area for work and agreed to meet a rental agent for us. While there she discovered a leak in our kitchen. Of course, we don't live there any more and neither does my Mom. I called at 2:30 to see if there was any way someone could come out today since we didn't have any other options. They were there by 5, took care of the problem, my Mom said they were very courteous. And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for coming on such short notice.
Absolutely fabulous experience and I'm so glad I called them. Highly recommended.
