Businiess name:  Europa Bistro

I love Europa. I walk in the front door to be greeted by a friendly staff person. The place is filled with wonderful garlicy, herby smells. The bread comes with a small carafe of olive oil infused with garlic, herbs and hot pepper flakes for dipping. The food is simply delicious. The antipasto or calamari make good appetizers. The portions of pasta are generous without being overwhelming. The meat dishes are usually very good. I normally order one of the daily specials. My hiuband loves the creme brulee for dessert but I prefer just a cup of the excellent coffee. There are only a couple of caveats... the entry way is very small and they don't accept reservations. When you have to wait for a table, its either squish in behind the constantly opening door or stand in the street. If anyone other than Alfredo (the owner) is standing at the stove (which happens at least once a week), turn around and walk out. The two times we went went there and someone other than Alfredo cooked, the meat was dry and the roasted potatoes were cold and mushy.
