i was not looking for a new gym, but a co-worker goes to Edge, and was talking about it non-stop. so i went for a look and also joined. this place is amazing. i have never thought of myself as an athlete, more like someone who works out, but these guys are giving me a different perspective. the owners are helpful and friendly and they are also athletes themselves. so when they get excited about your program, it sort of rubs off. for me, what's really good about that is that it makes the whole experience a lot more fun that when working out is just something that you have to do. added benefit -- cool low-key people who go here.
