When I called to book one of their Jumpcastle's I asked about was their policy if it rains and I was told By Jason that if it rains they would give me up to a year to use the money you paid. So I agreed, they showed up and after an hour it rained all night long. When I called to inform Jason he told me that there was nothing he could do, and that I just lost my money. The customer service and their attitude was terrible. I will never use their service again
Pros: The set up guy was nice
