DO NOT BE FOOLED - they offer FREE lifetime replacement on the archs (which cost $500+ per set and wear out every 18 months to 24 months according to them). However - the replacement is FREE but you have to pay a $14.95 shipping fee - even tho you bring them into the store...and get this - even tho they look you up and confirm your a customer - if you don't have your paperwork they will not replace the worn-out supports! How many 2-year-old receipts have you lost?? If would be different if they didn't look you up by name - but when they tell you you are in the system but won't replace what costs $4.37 to make -without the receipt - its obvious they are scam artists. ALso, once you start to wear them - your feet change shape and you HAVE to wear them otherwise you can't stand for more than 2 hours without throbbing pain.
