Went here last night with a large group of people, great meeting place to catch the Madcap theater. However, the service was awful. I was served 3 flat drinks, with the waitress not knowing the difference between carbonated Sprite and flat Sprite. I finally gave up after the 3rd drink arrived, and ordered a beer. When we were served our food (which came out at different times, and was cold) we were not given silverware, then pile of forks were brought, no napkins. The fish tacos were tasteless and bland. No one else at the table was very pleased with their meals either. We had a show to catch at 9:30, without asking us, the server doesn't offer to ring up separate tabs. Nine people have to figure out how to divide the tab, it takes forever, and we are late to our show. Do yourself a favor, and skip Bar Louie in Westminster.
