Review content:
I have used Emerald City many times over the past 7 years, mostly because they are w/i walking distance of my home. However today was the last time I will use them , I have over looked their expensivecharges for routine repairs and surly behavior ( there is one of the three that is usually very nice) . Today was my last visit , I wanted a toe of a boot stretched and want to leave the boot tree in the boot to avoid breakdown of the leather. I was told I couldn't and if I did not ""trust them"" to care for my boot I shouldn't leave it. Mind you I was not accusing them of nor implying they are neglectful; only wanting to protect my boots from what can result from normal storage without support- that is why they make shoe and boot trees, right? I have spent alot of money in their establishment and felt This response was entirely rude and uncalled for. My last visit . There was another genltman there who had brought his shoes back ""to be redone- properly"".
