I was quoted $65 an hour w/ a 2 hour minimum. They were THREE hours late on my moving day and when they finally showed up, they informed me I would be charged an additional hour for stairs. I was moving 30 minutes away and ended up being charged for FIVE hours!! I had to leave work to let them in since they were so late and they claimed that by having to wait, I incurred an additional hour. I called their office and the guy who answered truly did not care and said he wasn't going to do anything about it. Single women stay away from this company!!!!
