Review content:
Cal West manages part of Solana Beach. I am a homeowner and have dealt with them on two occasions, both of which I was very dissatisfied. Avoidance is what they are all about. They will tell you that everything will be taken care of when you finally corner them; however, this will always result in no action on there part. They dodge responsibilities and will leave you high and dry.
