Review content:
This place is like working in a septic tank. Fortunately, most clients haven't seen how employees are treated. After working there and the health problems that came with it including a few ulcers, the brain washing, the environment as a whole, I think I can handle anything that life throws me. The better the employee you are at Easy Hair, the worse you are treated. I don't know why, but I think Woody Long doesn't want anyone that's better than he is working for him. The pay scale there was horrendous. They took their commission, a ticketcharge, assistant usage out of our checks. Any mailers that were sent out for free services came off of the stylists' totals meaning that they don't get paid for it. No lunch breaks. Unequal treatment, unsanitary working conditions, unprofessional behaviors toward employees, and over-booking and over-working those who are the best producers, re-using supplies that are disposable, un-paid mandatory meetings. If you must go to Easy Hair, use Johnnita. She's the only good, creative, and sweet stylist left there. Easy Hair, unfortunately, would be a great salon if they wouldn't have alienated all of the good stylist that have quit over the years. After so many years of being put down, patronized, and used, the good employees take their talent elsewhere. Pros: good work sometimes for cheap Cons: unhappy stylist and a discontented atmostphere
