OK here we go. My wife and my 2 kids ate their last month and thought this place is good. My friend and his fiancée came in from Brooklyn and we thought lets take them, their for dinner. The appetizer and wine took 45 minutes to show up and keep in mind we had reservations. Then 2 hours later our dinner showed up cold meatballs and pasta not el denta but hard, the owner came to the table and asked if she could heat the food up. My wife was thrown back. 2 hours to cook up hard pasta and she wanted to "heat it up?" We asked for the bill $160.00 for 2x$53.00 bottles of 19 dollar Villa Aninori's, one anti pasta for $36.00 and 2 bottles of water. If I was her I would have comp'ed it because it was a disaster service. We arrived at 8:30 and left at 11pm with a bill for wine and bread. I will NEVER return and am home at 11:30 pm cooking dinner that is cooked proper and served with integrity. The owner's attitude was "we have plenty of customers if your not happy go pound sand." I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL go out of my way to steer customers away because of her attitude.
