This was my worst pizza experience ever. Used to love this place. Now new owners. Brought home $28 Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza, waited an extra 15 minutes. Crust was soft and doughy, sauce was wet. Called to complain. Owner argued with me. I asked for credit and he offered measly $3. Unacceptable. I took the whole pizza back, all but one slice, still only $3. Left the stinking pizza there, never will return. Owner couldn't have cared less. Bad business. Lots of other good pizza in Palatine.
