I contacted Swanzey Internet Group (the contact address was a P.O. Box in Manchester, MA) to get help with my website and was very disappointed. I dealt directly with Eric Swanzey. I told Eric Swanzey what the problem was and the deadline I was under--he assured me that Swanzey Internet Group could fix the problem within the timeframe I gave. I ended up spending a lot of time with the Swanzey Internet Group (specifically with Eric Swanzey), but the problem with my website was never fixed. The problem was the type of problem I would have expected Swanzey Internet Group to be able to fix--I ended up fixing the site myself even though I had more pressing matters to deal with (and I am not a website professional). Eric Swanzey was also extremely unprofessional and rude. Eric Swanzey and Swanzey Internet Group put me in a very difficult position and caused me a great deal of wasted time.
Pros: I don't use Swanzey Internet Group now
Cons: Took a long time to do nothing
