Dr. Tam is a wonderful doctor. His office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They will not answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. I have been there when there was no one else waiting, yet the phone rings and the office staff ignores it. They eat openly at the desk, and chat among themselves instead of answering the phone so you can make an appointment or ask a question. I plan to change to another practice even though I really like Dr. Tam. It is too annoying to try to get through on the phone.
