Review content:
I'd been wanting to try Eat Well since I moved to Silver Lake a couple of months ago. You would think from the long wait that the food would be incredible! I had the Buddah Bowl that another user had said was her favorite. Let me tell you, there is nothing special here. The tofu tasted old and the beens were almost tasteless despite the liberal, dry curry or all spice...not sure what, sprinkled on top at the end. I was also a little surprised by the prices, since the atmosphere of where I was sitting left a little to be desired. I was in between dirty bins of dishes being loudly thrown around, with a bell ringing out of control from the kitchen and a customer swatting flies with his news paper. And why do restaurants charge the same amount for a prefab veggie burger as they do for beef burger? I will never understand this.
Pros: good service, hip place
Cons: food tasts like nothing
