Exam was less than thorough. He did not dilate my eyes and his staff says he never does. He did not take my concerns seriously. The trial contact lenses I was given had expired two years prior. He thinks a tolerable wear time for contacts is 4-6 hours. He seemed more interested in selling glasses and contacts than in eye health. The optician was very helpful and caring, as were his staff. If you are a VSP patient, consider looking elsewhere.
