Review content:
My car was taken to this shop for an estimate. I can not believe I'm having to write this, considering it's 2012. First off, I had my vehicle removed from this shop because the owner and his technician said that they didn't believe my vehicle had the damage that had actually happened to it, which is simply wrong. Then, the owner of this shop, Jeff, called me up the next day and accused me of having written a previous poor review of his shop and telling me how terrible that was, and how he wanted me to remove it because he ""has to feed 5 families from that shop."" I told him that if I had written a bad review, it would have been because it was deserved. After he tried for several minutes to convince me that I was wrong, he asked me ""Is your husband going to be home this afternoon? Can I talk to him about this?"" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I firmly explained to Jeff that I'm a big girl, I make my own decisions, and my husband would not be speaking with him on a business matter between myself and Jeff's shop. I mentioned that this is the 21st century and I thought that type of good old boy mentality was gone. At that point, Jeff called me (and I quote) ""you fat f#@*ing c*#t"" and hung up the phone. I am sure glad my phone has the record feature.
