Provider lies and discriminates. Needs to be investigated for discrimination based on client's diagnoses. Initally, provider stated that she was accepting new patients. When she learned diagnosis of patient, she contradicted self and reversed what she said, in the meantime, she collected personal and confidential data on patient. Her rates are exorbitant. Secretary hung up just becuase she did not like what was being said even though manner in which information was disclosed was polite. This provider should be investiigated for discrimination. her rates are exorbitant and it appears that rates may also be based on presenting diagnosis.
