I used their services for my 4, now 3 dogs. I lost one under their care, they give quotes for 'standard' services then say they quoted 'last years price'- 6 months into the year and also complained that 800 petmed prices were cheaper than what they pay, after they called me stating they would honor 1800 petmed prices. I used them for 15 years and REFUSE to walk in their door ever again. A rating was required - otherwise I would nhave given none.
