I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Our family decided to rent at this place and the people at the office act friendly when you want to rent but they talk behind every ones backs; I hate hearing the drama about other renters when going into the office. When we moved in we had to reclean everything because it was still dirty. We unfortunately looked at a model and expected it to be like the model when we went to move in. They do not follow up on issues in a prompt matter. The walls are very thin, we can hear our neighbors at times they would not want us to be hearing them. The floors are very weak and also creek all over the place. When our lease was coming to an end they raised the rates but on their site they offered it for a lower rate to new renters. Goes to show you how much they appreciate your business.
Pros: It has an outside pool
Cons: Employees are unprofessional, weak walls/floors, charge monthly rent for pets, plus much much more!
