This company sells warranties that basically, don't exist. 3 years ago for $99.95 my husband purchased a 3 year extended warranty for a GE refrigerator worth $1500.00. We new that parts needed replaced before the warranty ran out so we contacted Voiteks. The women we spoke with didn't seem to know what the words ""extended warranty"" meant because we had to repeat it several times as we were shuttled back and forth between the two of them. Then a mysterious ""man's name"" was offered as someone who would call us soon. After a week we tried again. Finally someone showed up on March 26th. Said he'd check on the price of the parts and if they are covered under the warranty and would call me the next week. Needless to say we've not heard from him since. Left another message with Voitek's and they aren't returning my call. Buyer beware of this company.
