It took 3 mutual friends to refer Heritage Fireplace and Stove, and especially the owner Wayne before I finally caved. I went o look, and purchased a gas insert after they talked to me for 3 hours about the pros and cons of burning wood, gas, how to get a permit, etc.
Their installer, Bob and his father, was phenomenal,he ran a gas line outside of my house through 3 floors and spent their time making sure all of my hook ups in our 100 year old house were correct and in line for what we needed. I've had it for a year, and I have called wayne to ask questions ( one being how to turn on the remote haha) and he is more than pleasant, willing to help and ALWAYS there to take my call.
Id refer them to anyone, probably why three people referred me before I went! Best choice ever
