Businiess name:  Thai Siam Restaurant

Review content:
Having tasted the Thai food in California we weren't expecting the food at this restaurant to be as good, however, the food here was much worse than we had expected. When seated we were given a soup dish that only had sparse shreds of cabbage (I counted 2 very small pieces in my bowl, one the size of my thumbnail and the other about half that size) and pepper. It tasted like peppered water. We ended up ordering the ""Golden Wonton"", a ""deep fried wonton"" as mentioned on the menu, for the appetizer which turned out to be nothing more than deep fried wonton skins. We also ordered their Pad See-Ew and Pad Thai dish. The Pad See-Ew noodles were soggy, overly smothered in cilantro and pepper with the sauce (which by the way did not taste like traditional Pad See-Ew sauce) not thoroughly mixed in with the noodles with parts of the noodles appearing completely white. The only redeemable parts of the dish was the broccoli and the chicken. The Pad Thai dish was just as bad if not worse. The noodles were stark white instead of having the tan color they were supposed to and tasted just as bland. The dish also had very little vegetable aside from lots of onion. Service was average, nothing notable except that the waitress appeared desperate for customers as the place was empty with the exception of us on a Friday night. Prices for each dish was double from what you'd find in California and completely not worth it. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone who truly knows what Thai food tastes like or would like to experience Thai food for the first time. In fact, I would not recommend it to anyone looking to eat Thai food in general.
