Rochele, as a military family member, I'm sorry you feel as though some do not take care of what you feel they should. Please do not judge the entire Armed Forces for the conduct of the few. As far as your comment about ""they're just passing through"", that's not entirely true. Plenty of military families are stationed here, for a long haul and sometimes their entire career. I've dealt with PROCOMM myself and yes, they need to get their act together. IN regards to the renters in your area you can contact their Property Management company and file a complaint. It sounds as though they are violating more than HOA rules but their PM may not be aware. You can do a search on Google or you can get on the Bexar County Tax Appraisers website and do a search for the property to locate the owners. Hopefully things work out for you :)
