Businiess name:  Thai Ginger - Factoria

Review content:
My office loves Thai food and used to go to Thai Ginger every week. Then we watched it deplete as the food was unedible from being overcooked/soggy noodles to bland curry. We stopped going there almost a year ago. Recently my father-in-law said it was good again. Great! My husband and I tried the restaurant during my one hour lunch break. We waited 15 minutes to get a table and an hour to get our food! There was no time to eat and had to ask for it to be boxed. Once I got back to work I noticed how little food I got and the pile of rice instead. For the price paid, it was definitely not worth it - about $11/dish. The waitress kept telling us the food inspector came and that's why everything was so slow. Somehow I doubt this was really the case and they never apologized. Never again will I come back to this restaurant until they find a better chef and a better wait staff. Try the Noodle Boat in Issaquah for good Thai Food. Pros: Nothing Cons: Wait Staff, Portions, Cost, Restaurant Layout, Wait Time, Parking... Everything.
