I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone! The management here is terrible rude and nasty at all times. They are not willing to help with any problems. I have filled out several noise complaints on the same apartment, yet the management says that they can not file the report because it is not serious enough. You can hear anything and everything around you. YET i went to new york for a week and found a noise complaint on my door. I was not even home! The manager refused to take the noise complaint off my leasing record even though i had proof that i was not home. There is a terrible bug problem, management claims that pest control comes all the time. You have to pay for pest control as a resident. YET there is still bugs in my OCD clean apartment! Maintenance has been known to enter residents apartments without notice, OFTEN! When you move into the apartment, it looks clean and nice, but within two or three days all the sudden the carpet, sink, and tub turn black. It is disgusting! THey have a gym, that they claim is part of your resident rights, yet it is always closed. Mailing items is a pain because you have to give it to the office and not just in a box by the mailboxes. There is police here pretty much every other day. THey are always at a new apartment. There has been a drive by shooting in the complex, and a fire set by a drug addict. DO NOT move into these apartments!
