Review content:
This was the first time my family and I went to this restaurant. We placed our order. It was delivered hot and it was good. However, not once after that did the hostess came back to our table to inquire if we needed anything else to drink or if everything was ok. I had to get the attention of the hostess to request a refill and desert. After we finished our meal we waited 30 minutes before we asked to speak to the manager to express our displeasure with the service rendered. I explained to the manager my displeasure and the I would like to receive my check. Additionaly, we will not be returning to this establishment again. Then the hostess decides to explain himself...I was kind of busy, that's why I did not come around here. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Other patrons were seated after we did, were served, checked on, received a check and we were still waiting. Will never return to this establishment again!

Cons: No follow up after meal is delivered to table
