THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE - DON'T SIGN ANYTHING THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. DON'T BELIEVE IF YOU CANCEL OUT YOUR ORDER DAYS BEFORE THEY ARE TO INSTALL THEY WON'T TAKE $300 OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. THEY WILL NOT EVER GET BUSINESS FROM MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS EVER. THEIR EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY, I RECOMMEND DISH NETWORK BUT NOT LAKETON TV. ALL I CAN SAY IS AVOID THEM AT ALL COST EVEN ON APPLIANCES SHOP AROUND, BUT MOST OF ALL DON'T SIGN ANYTHING. YOU KNOW DISH NETWORK CAN BE CALLED DIRECTLY. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR SEARCH.
