When I first went to Shaun Kelleys gym I thought it was only good for people who had weight to loose not gain. I walked into his gym weighing in a total of 150 pounds skinny as a twig and walked out weighing in a total of 175 pounds cut like the guys you see on tv. (ok maybe not as cut but a HUGE improvement from where I was). The place does cost a pretty penny but it is so worth it because it's s no BS place. From the day you sign up to the day you leave you have a personal trainer training you like your in boot camp. He also offers you a money back guarantee where if your not happy you can get a full refund. Don't take my word for it he gives you a free trial pass. Two thumbs way up!!
