Review content:
I always try to go and eat sushi made by the REAL JAPANESE people. This is one of them. Of course I am from Japan so I know when I taste it. Sometimes the server gives me the green colored tea...and I had to complain to the Japanese chef and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I wanted to have the good green tea to go with my sushi for lunch. Not just colored green water. But their Sushi is really good. I always ask the chefs, ""What would you recommend today?"" Did you know that they make their own soy sauce? I believe they mix with their soup stock with their soy sauce. So it is not just commercial salty soy sauce. It has a flavor!!! Price is very reasonable, too. I love it here. Too bad I don't live near by so whenever I visit Colorado I go to this place. Try it!!!!
