I have moved to LA from NY couple of years ago, and have been using Beverly Hill Cab almost exclusively.
To my experience of course as in any business there are good and bad, but for the most part, I have had great service, For the most part they are there on time, if not early, the drivers are good, and know the city. I have had some rookie drivers, but thats also can be expected.
Overall I have not had ANY major disappointments, I try to ask for the same driver, and eventually got the cell number of one of my regular drivers and now I have no issue whatsoever.
Once I even left my iphone in the cab, by the time I realized it, I was in line at the terminal to check through security. Turned around to run back, and saw my driver looking all lost in the terminal looking for me.
Can't beat that service.
Pros: Clean cab, friendly cabbie,
Cons: not so funny jokes, hey but he was trying.
