Food is o.k. My complaint is with management. The location on 400 S. in Salt Lake is the frequent target of smash-and-grab thiefs. My laptop was stolen and window broken. I didn't even have to give the location of this restaurant to the police when I mentioned Chuck-A-Rama. Detective says these thefts ""are a huge problem"" for the SLPD, particularly at this location. Mngmt. at restaurant knows of the problem and has done nothing, despite dozens and dozens of break-ins, to ensure safety of its patrons. They even turned their one surveillance camera AWAY from the parking lot, and instead pointed it towards the back door. The president of the company does not return calls and will not speak to customers about the issue. Stay away from this location if you want your car in one piece when you're done dining.
