My first (and last) time ever using this Cleaners. I was appalled at the customer service. I dropped off a blanket to be cleaned. Came back looking horrible and they sent it back to ""re clean"" 3 x. Not once did they tell me they may not be able to get out the stains. I was told there is no problem, they will clean it. When I tried to discuss this issue, the representative at the store was really rude and hung up on me telling me its not her problem. I was told a supervisor, the bosses daughter, would call me back-took her 2 weeks. Once she did, all she told me was she will see if I can get my money back and she will call me back the next day. Never got a call. I called back a few time only to finally find out she left on a vacation and they can't help me and I should come pick up my item. I would strongly suggest never using this ""cleaner.""
